Daniel Marcillo is a senior Journalism student at Stony Brook University who graduated in May 2020. Currently, he is a New York Mets beat writer and host of Fireside Mets, an Empire Sports Media podcast. He hosted the Full Court Press Podcast and wrote for the Stony Brook Press. For three years he served as the Head Coach/President and founding member of the Stony Brook Club Baseball team.

 

This website came together as a result of a love for baseball and the chance to inform others about a change in the game. He hopes to continue working in baseball whether it is playing, coaching or writing about the game.
